Methods of prolonging service life of zinc steel guardrail

The service life of the guardrail has been greatly increased after the later processing, generally speaking, it can be used for at least 20 years. So how can we extend its service life?

1. During the installation, attention shall be paid to the installation of waterproof sleeves to avoid rainwater eroding the pipes from the inside to the outside. The pipes shall be cut from the inside to the inside. The water mill cutter shall be used to keep the cut smooth without damaging the zinc layer and powder spraying layer.

2. Do not scratch the surface coating of the balcony guardrail with sharp objects. Generally speaking, the coating is to prevent the guardrail from rusting and corrosion. If it is necessary to remove a part of the guardrail, be sure to install and fix the remaining part.

3. The column shall be handled with care during handling; The place where guardrails are placed should be the place where hard objects do not often touch; The ground where guardrail materials are placed shall be kept flat and firm during installation.

6. If the guardrail is accidentally stained with strong acid or alkali, the contaminated area shall be immediately cleaned with clean water and then wiped with dry cotton cloth.
